From target to medicine
Small molecules that beat drug-resistant bacteria, designed, made and tested in one lab.
We are chemists, biologists and data scientists working on new antibiotics. Drug-resistant infections already kill more than a million people a year, and few new drugs are on the way.
We combine structure-based design, high-throughput screening and machine learning, and we share our compounds and data openly.
Research
All programmes- PRG-01Antibiotics for resistant bacteriaNew classes of antibiotics against the bacteria that resist every drug we have.
- PRG-02Structure-based designCrystal structures and simulations guide each molecule we make.
- PRG-03High-throughput screeningRobotic assays that test 100,000 compounds a week against live bacteria.
- PRG-04AI for medicinal chemistryMachine-learning models that predict which molecules will work, and which will be safe.
